The distributors, agents, representatives, and other authorized users of Excellence and Education Network, as well as each of the aforementioned entities’ respective resellers, distributors, service providers, and suppliers, as well as the officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, and representatives of each of the aforementioned entities, hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless these parties from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of our product.
17. Should the User violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use, Excellence and Education Network will be quickly held harmless by the User, who will also be responsible for paying any associated costs, losses, and damages.

You acknowledge that Excellence and Education Network will suffer irreversible harm and will not have an effective remedy in the form of money damages in the event that you violate these Terms of Use. Therefore, upon request, Excellence and Education Network shall be able to promptly obtain from any court of competent jurisdiction an injunction against such a breach. In order to receive such relief, Excellence and Education Network may not restrict its rights to obtain remedies
19. Users of our goods and services must be “competent/capable” of contracting in accordance with Nigerian laws. Users of our products or services are not permitted to be minors or undischarged insolvents, among other categories. If you want to use our products or services as a minor, your parents or legal guardian must provide you access to do so. When someone, even a kid, uses one of our goods or services without authorization, Excellence and Education Network disclaims all liability for any consequences that follow.
20. By utilizing the goods or services, you represent and warrant that all the information you have supplied is true and correct, and that, in the event that a minor, you have acquired permission from their parent or legal guardian. If it is determined that you are under the age of 18, that your parent or legal guardian did not give you permission to use the products or services, or that any information you submitted is inaccurate, Excellence and Education Network retains the right to cancel your subscription and/or refuse to grant you access to the products or services.

2. The User will be responsible for paying any outstanding balances for any services they have purchased from us. In the event that Excellence and Education Network terminates your access to the Services, you and any third party will not be entitled to compensation.

V.GOVERNING LAW

1. Until terminated, this Agreement shall be fully enforceable against you if you use the platform or make purchases of the items in any way. As long as you abide by the terms and conditions or our privacy policy, we reserve the right to instantly stop your access or use of our services and delete any content that violates them.
2. This Agreement and these terms and conditions of platform use or product purchase are governed by the laws of Nigeria
3. The fact that the platform can be accessed or used outside of India does not mean that we agree to abide by the laws of any other country. Excellence and Education Network disclaims all liability, whether direct or indirect, for non-compliance with the laws of any other country
4. Excellence and Education Network does not collect any remuneration from students that is conditional upon the receipt of scholarships and financial aid monies awarded by partner institutions, or other scholarship awarding organizations.
